Shipping policy
How our fulfilment works
All VRAI Studio products are made to order. Your item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed. We work with trusted fulfilment partners who produce and ship orders locally where possible, meaning EU orders are typically produced within Europe and US orders within the United States.
Production time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. This is separate from the shipping time below.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United States: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are beyond our responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Customs & import duties
For orders outside the EU and USA, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at hello@thevraistudio.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
