Refund policy
At VRAI Studio, all our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced on demand, we do not maintain a physical returns warehouse and do not accept physical returns.
How we handle issues
All concerns, including damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, are handled directly via email. Please do not ship any items back to us without first contacting us and receiving written authorization.
To report an issue, email us at hello@thevraistudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
Once we review your case, we will offer either a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion. We aim to resolve all issues within 3–5 business days.
What we cannot resolve
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer at the time of ordering
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
- Minor color variations between screen display and printed product (this is normal in print-on-demand production)
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have a general 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to the customer's specifications. As all our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, they fall under this exemption and are not eligible for return under the cooling-off period.
Non-delivery
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@thevraistudio.com and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
